Hey northernfarmer, I bet you wondered where to put that video ...the joke thread! he he he.
Just wow, wow. Wish they went into detail what the power plant was . How in the world can he stay on that thing. Its got to be staged or guys will want that in there Indians or Harleys. I still like the sound of this 200 mph plus power!!

I wonder how that would handle on gravel!! I expect that would be mentioned in his obituary if he tried that stunt on gravel, in fact I wonder if he is alive now assuming he kept on pulling this stunt, hit a bee and its all she wrote !.

I was initially going to put it in the joke thread until I spotted the motorsports thread and thought it was legit enough to throw in here. The sound is nothing spectacular at all with that bike, sort of like connecting a blow gun to a compressor hose and blast for a few seconds but I suspect that's all it has as in only able to run a few seconds and its all over rather then a sustained output powerplant such as those race cars you posted.

I’m envious of the smooth road! That’s how they keep speeders in check around here,100kph is sketchy on most roads around here.
I wonder what would be left of him if he wiped out?

I am speculating its a place that doesn't road damaging frost and perhaps road building is better there then the mess they do here. As to what would be left of him, as long as he wore a really tough suit they would only have to load up what would become the bag of bones and guts it contained !

That bike is nuts! I wonder what they are mixing to get that sort of propulsion? It's more than compressed air I would think.

That bike is nuts! I wonder what they are mixing to get that sort of propulsion? It's more than compressed air I would think. Here is a little information on the bike but unfortunately not detailed in how the engine actually operates. The estimated horse power explains how it blasts down the road at that remarkable acceleration.

those suits can handle quite a slide, hitting hard objects is another story though

Is that how you look riding your new fat bike Swman? I've been glued to the sprayer seat as of late, my bike has not seen the road yet. I think kids have like 600km on theirs or more already. They bike ten miles to town and back no problem. Hopefully soon we can do a family ride.

Shockwave driver Chris Darnell died the other day. I will stick with turbos on my highway tractor.

I did not do a search to see if he was still around, well that certainly makes sense given the highly dangerous sport as its a little too akin to Russian Roulette. Having said that its people like this willing to risk it all that show what man can create.

I came across that item about Shockwave the day it happened and again that is a very on edge sport. I don't know if that is correct but it was said that possibly he had one of the rear tires blow out and caused the truck to go out of control. I will say though about that clip, its the announcer who shocks me as who can keep their composure and pretend like its a small thing and yes I realize that is done to keep the crowd from going ape shit and thinking the world is coming to an end but it still surprises me that an announcer can be that calm over what just happened.

Oatking, I've just come across the second motorcycle you will have to own to complement not only the Indian but the farm equipment as well. I expect this one won't get you in trouble with the law for speeding, even through a school zone. Fuel mileage should be fantastic !
