Ours go in bags and get put in a spot out of the way at the retails. I deal with 3 different retails and none have a special site of any sort to store the bags. I’m glad Sask has had it figured out for as long as I can remember. I got rolls of bags here at the farm if you guys want to come get some. It’s too bad that the retails didn’t have time to plan and inform farmers what was going on.

How long before all chemical is bought in 200l drums?[/quote]
Not soon enough! I would love it if everything came mixed in a drum with the correct amount for one fill of the sprayer, no counting jugs or measuring or making sure of what order. When it’s time to fill, stat pumping water, suck in a drum and go. Tell your retailers what you want mixed up and it’s all ready for you.
Even better yet is the day I don’t have to buy an ounce of chemical . I hate spraying. Would love to see some new form of weed control. Have seen videos of people using steam to kill weeds, seems interesting but not yet there for broad acres. Or that other robot that’s in the making that goes around and pulverizes the weeds. Or even cooler yet, lasers!!!!!

We used to put all the empties in our dump trailer to take to the compound at the local dump, back in and unload them. Same as everywhere else now, that section is closed and we have to bag the empties.
Sure makes a guy want to make some black smoke for a few minutes and be done with it. Everything is such a hassle these days.
Massive plastic bags to put empty plastic containers in, yet can't bring my sandwich and drink home from the store in a plastic bag anymore.

I am lucky as one of the facilities that collects and grinds up the jugs is only 4 miles from my farm. I bag mine up and drive them over to their facility and just drop them off in the compound. They have trucks that gather the bags up from collection facilities from all over Sk and AB.
