Prices have been stagnant for the past month. But they were down from December. We bought most of ours in January and it never caused the price to drop so will take that as a win so far. Ha

Urea down $300 a tonne roughly from end of December when I bought.

Got a quick quote yesterday of $850 a ton for 46, so only down $130 a ton from December here.

Urea down 300 a ton locally. nh3 down around 150 ton. oh well , I needed the write off in december! I would rather give my cash to my retailer instead of trudeau.
Would you believe there is more money and demand for Diesel exhaust fluid now than fertilizer?

At my local cardlock they have a garbage bin beside the cardlock booth. It's usually stuffed to overflowing with empty DEF jugs. I'm glad to see it though, because it means the planet is being saved!  |

Got a quote today for urea of $730 ton stored until spring. I like this a lot better than what we paid last spring. A part of me is thinking this is like pricing grain, if they call you to tell you how good of a deal they have, it’s usually because a better deal is coming. Will likely price some at this, at least then I’m not completely wrong.

Booked some urea today for $690, guess being patient paid off a little, $40 a ton less than the last time I talked to the retailer. I don’t imagine it’s going to drop much more. I never priced anything else so not sure what it’s at right now.

Seems like phos sulphur and potash haven’t moved much. Might have dropped a bit since January but not a lot.
Be nice if the NH3 price would come down some.
