Ok , The reason I asked is I have some bin fans far enough away from the electric panel that I need to use a 70 amp breaker and about 100 ft of cord. Hopefully the crop is good this year and than I can do more under ground permanent wiring to the fan and up grade the power.

I had a 10”30’ with a 10hp. In wheat it would pop the safety button on the motor. Then one day I hooked the dam auger an flip it over. That was the end of that!

I would no doubt have to load it a little lighter in wheat, but we seldom grow wheat so not a huge issue. Mostly be used for barley and oats.
