I am assuming he was the one behind the wheel in some other fantastic motorsports stunts posted on here as well ?. So I see he passed away in Utah in a snowmobile accident presumably in the mountains as the sled flipped over onto him.
His promo race up Pikes Peak was just slightly more exhilarating than mine, I was short 1200 hp at sea level and had no turbo so no power at that altitude, weighed twice as much, not even a fraction of his skill to put it mildly. In my defence I was taking in the scenery, the road was still all gravel on the upper dangerous section, there were zero guard rails, and it was snowing and lightening like crazy at the top.
I saw a photo of him and his children and his wife posing for a family photo outside in a winter setting from this Christmas, how life can change in a flash.

He would have made a good truck driver. That’s pretty much what it sounded like when I still had our Detroit powered Bruin , it just wouldn’t drift like that, but it did smoke more!

How in the world do those tires hold up so well? In nascar they would have been shredded in no time, heck when the guys do there victory burn out on the grass the tires are toast. Unbelievable what this car does.

Couple weeks ago when I bought my 22 Ram pick up , I asked about the 2024 dodge charger. The sales rep said a 2 door model is in the works. He asked me if I wanted to place an order. Wow after watching Kenny Blocks video it sure puts me in the mood for a charger and a call will be placed. Wife will freak but girlfriend will love it!!! Just kidding! Also , I didnt ask the dealer at the time but rumours are of an electric charger but it may have a different name at production time. To be clear that is just a rumour so far.
5.7 hemi two door hell cat wide body charger is what I will be ordering. Thanks big talk for the motivation !!
edit; I meant 6.2l super charged hemi, so many model trim lines of the challenger and charger , its hard to remember them all!

Reading about the 2024 model challengers, the possibility is that there may no longer be the 6.2 turbo, electric replacing it and that would not surprise me if they pull something like that, they will keep fuking up vehicles bit by bit is what I suspect will happen. Here is a list of current 2022 hp figures. One of the neighbours, he bought his wife a challenger a few years ago as a present and it has the 392, she didn't want anything more then that and mostly he drives it when they go anywhere with it anyway. He said it does go good, no question about that.

Might be a car worth keeping, I see that they are putting plaques in them to recognize it being the last year for that model. Also was surprised/frustrated to read that the 800 horse model gets better gas mileage than my truck does 😡

Its the emissions they claim, so you know right there that is all bullshit as there would be relatively few cars of that series even sold. Don't they still have drag races, Indy, stock cars, monster trucks etc, will they start becoming electric and then have pretend sounds with loud speakers mounted on them ... gees.

Well I had a change of heart, I did a bunch of research and snagged a convertible ecoboost high performance premium mustang for my wife. I got it slightly used with 10 000 km and loaded. I dont think my wife will even care if it doesnt have the 5.0 except if she listens to the vanilla ice song!!! With the active exhaust and high performance edition this car puts you back in your seat with a 10 speed auto transmission. I actually didnt really feel a difference in power plants using the sport mode. Pretty cool car in kona blue.
Yeah I know its a poor mans sports car but for 33000 thousand bucks its a blast to drive!
If your at a ford dealership I encourage you to try the eco boost. Heck they put them in the f150!!
I will wait and see what the electric charger looks like in a year or two.
