Stumbled upon this today . Is this too good to be true ? It sounds like it will be legal to tune and delete our diesel or gas engines.
Is this only US law or does it pertain to Canada as well.
If deleting is now legal , I think we will be able to get better quality software instead of black market junk that can do more harm than good! Anybody hear more information about this topic . I bet the trucking industry is pushing hard !

I bet the trucking industry is pushing hard ! I think the opposite. There will be more junk tunes out there if it’s legal. I’ve never had a problem with any tunes or deletes we have done.

Have you got a link, I can’t seem to find anything about deleting engines. Might just not be looking in the right place 🤷♂️

it sounds like this is true revelation at the end of June!! It also sounds like a lot of people who believe in climate change are furious over this Supreme Court decision . i would think the trucking industry is thinking now how this will change new diesel engines . hope this helps us down on the farm. Would this kill off the electric battery? how come nobody is talking about this ? This has got to have the liberals and Democrats frustrated !

This is a big deal, how it plays out remains to be seen. I hadn't read too much about the ruling but saw this article that helps explain it. We can all understand government over reach with no checks on the expanding power. The Chevron defence was another important tool to allow that. Striking it down brings back a degree of seperation of power. As I mentioned before, this is an important principle which all our media and government likes to ignore. It's how Trudeau shut down the freedom protests - our government does not recognize seperation of power, neither do the agencies that are supposed to support the principles of seperation of power. quoththeraven.substack.com/p/scotus-delivers-a-victory-for-the
