Almost getting to the point that I'm happy that I bought a better backhoe (kidding,(not kidding)). Switching from fortis to equs for a couple electrical services and what a bunch of bs. Fortis disconnected the service almost 2 months ago but didn't remove the transformer until about 10 days ago. Equs couldn't do anything intill it was removed and they just got out today to put in the new service. They never came out to meet with us just a couple phone calls. Long story short there is now a powerpole 50 feet into my field and the pivot can't go around. I just happened to go home for lunch and saw the damn thing. Luckily they didn't have everything hooked up yet but now they have no idea when it will get done. So the pivot is sitting in the way (has been for a couple weeks since we started field work) and I want to get going. This switch over has been in the works for almost 2 years. How fkn long can it take to get something done? If I have to rent a generator to run the pumps for 2 years like last time I am not going to be happy. I wonder who will end up paying for everything? Actually I'm not.
