Getting some bins put up this summer and from a previous purchase have some 10hp Keho fans that will be going on bins along with one out of two having a good sized electric heater after the fan. Was hoping to be able to find or purchase another one so that it could match my other bins with same setup. Seems like industry has totally gone away from doing anything electric for low temperature aeration? Maybe I’m not looking on the right places? It’s a 19x19 with two stages for heating, selectable with some switches. And has a built in function so if fan isn’t turning it shuts itself off. I’ll grab a picture of what I currently have and add it into thread for reference. Only heaters I can find are all LP which is not something I want to have to run lines for and all that jazz.

Depends what you are trying to accomplish.
That nameplate seems to say 37.5 amps at 240v. 240v implies single phase service so 240 x 37.5 = 9000w. 1kw = 3412 BTU so that heater is around 30,000 BTU. If that is one of two stages then 2 stages is about 60,000 BTU and 18kw.
On a 10 hp fan that will be a lot of days of electric usage. I would think from an hourly cost of operating that LP would win out noticeably. Also depends if your electric system can handle that, for that reason I would say 95% of farms would not be in the market for electric. Most would likely run LP and dry things down in a week or so and be done with it, at least that is how I did it when I had some grain I wanted to take down a percent or two.
Electric is certainly convenient, but around here finding a home with electric furnace is a waste of time. So finding a electric bin fan heater likely even less successful.
