I discovered I have these rascals in a bin of sunflowers. Any suggestions? Can't seem to find anyone to fumigate. Can't buy phostoxin without a license anymore. Was told C02 works like phostoxin. Don't know how much I would need though or exactly how to go about using it. I know I could wait for -20 weather but they are sold and I need the storage space.

Does diatomaceous earth work on those?

I suppose a grain vac would be no good for the sunflower seeds?

Does diatomaceous earth work on those? We have used it on them before in wheat and it worked.

Does diatomaceous earth work on those? I've gotten mixed answers on that. Zero tolerance at the elevator so can't have even one in sample. Tried a rotary screener which takes out about 90%. Might try grain vac after screener. Grain vacs are hard on sunflowers but do work if you keep them full.
