Can't figure this one out. It's the right parts from what parts books shows and what was pulled apart, but the bearing fits loose on the cast metal post. Bearing inner race is sloppy on post and just spins. I wrapped some electrical tape around post to tighten up fit and put it together and running it that way for now.
John Deere parts guys who I got the parts from and saw how everything goes together did talk with Honeybee guy on Saturday and he confirmed the parts are correct. It makes no sense.
2009 header with the guided table so v belt built into canvas and vulcanized rubber roller. The other option is no vulcanized roller and uses a hex shaft post and so hex shaft inner brg race. There are more variations of the table over the years like the post in the other picture but that is a different canvas tightening mechanism and I don't know how many parts get switched out. The bearing does fit nice on the barrel shaped post though.
Wondering if anyone else ran across this. I want to talk with Honeybee and figure out what the deal is. Maybe there is a thin steel sleeve supposed to go over the cast post. Nothing in parts book though.

I wish I could help you, I vaguely remember coming across the same issue a few years ago on ours, I remember taking it apart and doing something to it, almost seems like we changed it to the hexagon shaft it that’s possible?? Lord I can’t remember shit! lol

I’m sure it fits loose. I’m thinking the cast piece may be slightly tapered and when pushed together it is tight enough. Even with canvas tight it should have enough resistance to do what’s it’s supposed to. Easier to take apart…. And sell the cast piece when bearing goes
Lots of variations of the roller set up need serial number or the actual parts to compare when getting new

Just worked on my honeybee in the same spot, my rollers have a bearing with hexagon centre and they slide on to a hexagon post, have never seen round posts

I haven't seen the bearing and roller system honey bee has been using more recently until this photo, I find it very odd a rough irregular cast piece is used in conjunction with a bearing. My honeybee combine header dates back a long ways now and it uses the hex style bearing inner bore and hex shaft stub like jvdl mentioned so I am of no help either.

Both our swather headers used that round style cast piece for the roller bearing. Older honey bee swather header had the hex

There are a few different versions of that hex mount, and a few different post mounts. The one I have on swather we put the bearing on the cast post while at the parts counter and the inner race spun freely on post. As NF said, it is not normal to see a cast piece for a bearing fit.
JD guy said he would bring in another post assembly thinking there could be a casting/machining flaw in the one I took home.
My 2003 combine header uses hex post on the side belts and the barrel shaped one on the center canvas. Both designs work fine.
