Snagged this thing on an auction last winter. New crate motor in it and looks good, but needed a little tlc. Price was right for what needed done, but I'm starting to think this may be a case of "the girls all get prettier at closing time"...
So... I got it all tidied up a bit this winter and fixed the issues. Probably put 50 ish hours on it. Now it's the next day and I'm starting to think the pretty girl ain't as pretty as before.
Brings us to now. Had it on the feed wagon working fine. Started it tonight and it won't move, 3 pt won't raise or lower, and PTO is non functional. Rear remotes, clutch, brakes, steering function properly. Alternator is putting out 13.7v.
Any ideas where to start?
I'm at the point where I need her to get dressed and get out of my life before she starts thinking marriage.

Tm130, only time the pto wouldn't work was caused by bad alternator, but also didn't show rpms. Not sure that helps much but it's all I got. 🤷♂️

Have the red version. There is a hydraulic distribution block just under and forward of scvs 3 & 4. There are probably 3 or 4 solenoids on there. One is the PTO activation one. I would make sure there is 12v going to the solenoid first. If so, then maybe bad solenoid. If no 12v then PTO signal comes out of a controller and would need to start digging deeper on it.
I think the PTO solenoid is rear most one, towards the left rear tire when looking at it standing at hitch. Would need to look in manual to be sure.

Not sure that helps much but it's all I got. 🤷♂️ Oh man , I had a 2000 tv 140 and the electrical issues drove me crazy ! Yes the bad alternator almost burnt mine down. Lots of tightly packed wiring under the cab . If a mouse gets in there good luck finding the short! I had my cab removed so new Holland could figure out with my pto and throttle was not working . For some reason those tractors seem to rust like a sob and that causes problems also ! I know it’s a different new Holland tractor but same electrical problems occurred. Find a good mechanic who might save your tractor . I was lucky and Steinbech new Holland had an old mechanic specialized in the bi-directional tractors . He saved mine but I got rid of it when parts were hard to come by and he was retiring !!!

This is the distribution block. Can't upload the section from the manual due to data limit of the forum, not much in there though as it is mainly about the mechanical part of the PTO. To start digging into the electrical I couldn't do over the internet. If you are going to get into it deeper then get the full service manual.

Missed the point about tractor won't move. So the fwd and reverse solenoids aren't working either. I am pretty sure the hydraulic pressure for those comes from the transmission and not that distribution block. I would need to look at the electrical drawings to see if PTO shares same module as transmission. Maybe somethingas simple as a clutch switch. You don't get the "CP" on transmission display when trying to move it I assume so should rule that out. Don't know how much the seat switch ties into things.
I would still check for 12v at the PTO solenoid. No 12v there indicates I guy is looking at electrical.

When I depress the clutch and put it into forward or reverse on the transmission display it will indicate that it is in forward or reverse, when I release the clutch it goes to neutral with no movement at all. Codes on dash are PO5 rear brake switch open circuit and P37 rear PTO stuck closed. No other codes.

Also three point inoperative.

Heading out to field right now so can't look. At this point I am wondering if the low pressure hydraulic system feeds the transmission control valves. That block the PTO is fed from gets something like 350 psi to it. Perhaps that same low pressure oil is fed to the transmission solenoids.
The note of PTO stuck closed has me thinking the tractor is allowing 12v to the PTO solenoid but the tractor is monitoring, via a pressure sensor, for hydraulic pressure being applied to the PTO clutch but not seeing it. Because there is no hydraulic pressure to that distribution block I mention. There is a hydraulic pressure test port on that block.
I would still confirm 12v is going to PTO solenoid. It's needs electrical and hydraulic power to make PTO work. Which ever is missing will most likely start to answer why tractor won't move.

I wasn't going to monkey with it right now but you motivated me. Fixed it. Notice fuse 23 which says "accessories socket, interior lamp" had a 10 amp fuse in it and was supposed to be a 25 amp. Thinking there's no way in hell, but why not... I put a 25 amp in it and everything is functioning as it should. I do not know or understand why but that is where we are at.

I would look into the brake code, seems likely that would be tied to the tranny/clutch system. 3pth is most likely the load sensors on the arms and not cheap. I can't really say more than that as the neighbor has one and this is the grief I seen him go through.
Ignore this Captain, you beat me on posting.
