Have a 2006 challenger mt845b with extreme app tracks that are done. Lugs are still at about 75% and alignment lugs are also good problem is the cords are breaking. Tractor has about 6250hrs on it and it has always been shedded. Is that around the normal life expectancy for tracks. Ordered new ones from agco, they are the standard factory tracks, camso 4500's. Lower price than whatever combine world sells, should hopefully last another 17 years.

Curious what tracks like yours cost. When my track ripped off my 2012 Elmer’s haul master grain cart it totally destroyed the track. I suppose one could get the lugs or the blocks on the underside re vulcanized but didn’t have time! That one track on a 1600 bushel cart was around 24ish new. The repair was a little over 30 thousand. Keep the track tension to specs is key!! My cart tension was ok but the front right bogie wheel broke off in the mud! Sorry to go off track! That incident is still fresh in my memory! Lol

The list price from the dealer was about $18400. Got a "deal" paid $17500 each. Everything else still looks okay, some cuts and gouges in the front idlers and rollers. Still not sure why the cords gave up, have only once had a low track pressure alarm. Tractor is only 400hp so not like they got torn apart. New heavy duty tracks were $5000 more each.
