Anyone running SunnyBrook concaves here ? Whats the main reason(s) you bought & installed SunnyBrooks? In what crops are you using SonnyBrooks? Any issues with them?

We had a Sunnybrook concave in our one 780. Put it in cause it was less than half price of a claas. Also ran one in our CX8090 for the same reason. No problems with them and they seemed to work better than the stock. Also built a lot heavier
All small grains. Wheat barley oats canola. And a few peas.

Running the Sunnybrook cylinder in my 480 Lexion and very happy with it. I bought it quite a few years ago and at the time there was nothing to compare to it. Enclosed cylinder, staggered rasp bars, heavier cylinder meaning better inertia.

Okay, thanks for the info. I’ve run SB max-thrash & max-round in CR’s & Case with varying results ……. in our conditions……. with varying results. Seem to be too aggressive in our hot & dry conditions.
