Don’t think just get one if your dumping super B trucks. And get the remote kit for it.

Wouldn't ever buy another auger without it. Fast and easy, reaches both hoppers. Ours is built into our GrainMaxx 13" under license from Rodono. I think all the major brands offer them integrated now. Agree with Meskie. If you have Super Bs just buy it. You won't regret it. They work pretty well for all the other trailers and trucks also, but they really shine with a super b.
Pretty sure the Rodono teleswing has been out for many years. I remember seeing them at Ag Expo 15 years ago or more. Definitely proven.

I've had a Rodono swing for six years I believe on a Farm King 16" auger, absolutely love it. Well built with quality components. If I had to complain it would be about the shear-pin that is in a terrible spot to access, probably fail one of those per year and it's a 20-30 minute job to fix. Other complaint is the hopper does not pivot as to allow grain to be dumped out or make it easier for water to drain out. I think the shear-pin was eliminated on newer models, not sure if the hopper cleanout is better or not. Dumping mostly 45' Triaxles and can easy hit both hoppers on a two hopper trailer from one stop. Would not buy an auger without one now.

Ours is a 2018 model and will pivot to clean out just like a regular hopper. I haven’t seen a shear pin anywhere on ours

Perfect! Next question. Would you buy a 125’ auger.

Would you guys get the steering option?

I’ve never used the steering but a buddy of mine says to get it on a longer auger. Makes his 125’ easier to move then his 110’

I feel a bit schizophrenic posting on both forums to the same question from the same person, but I do it anyway! I am not too interested in steering my auger's axle (being that it's only 85' long auger), but I've seen an option to shift or slide the main axle back and forth, which seems to be enough for me. Usually a foot to 18 inches would be plenty of shift.
For a longer auger I can see that a steerable axle would be nice, if not required even for just maneuvering about the yard.

I take full responsibility for your double vision, I encouraged slipclutch to start a thread on here as well as I know certain people on this forum only see this forum and were ones that had been a part of that particular thread over on the older forum and would have good feedback now, just the nature of the beast with a split forum.
I wish I had a telescoping swing, as lot as it worked well it sure would cut down on the moves with the truck or correct slight misalignment in being too close or far away from the swing hopper. As to the axle steering aspect, again don't have that on an auger but I can see where the very long augers would be hard to even get into ones yard depending on the width of the road/approach and also manoeuvring in a yard, as well as lining up to a bin. Mind you a side shift would be a slick thing to have as augers will shift sideways after the swing is set onto the ground and also if the main auger tires are on a surface that sinks just a bit it can throw the auger off and the taller the bin the worse that effect becomes.

I would not buy a 125' auger unless I was filling huge bins and not moving the auger down the road ever. My 60K bins(4810) can be filled with a 104' auger. I have a 110' conveyor and it is a real pain to move around, 12 miles between my two yards and I can only take one route because of power poles and small intersections. It would be impossible to move without the auger-steer I put on it, I would get that on anything over 85' long. There was a 125' auger sold nearby and I gather it got taken back to factory because of problems, I would ask for names of owners before I bought one that big and talk to them first.

No worries! I don't mind posting the same thing to both forums.

Rodono has been great. Like said above it’s an easy decision just get. Ours is 85 feet has no steer axle but fairly easy to line up to bin lid.

Why do they put a orfice in hydraulic line for the rodono. Everyone around here takes the orfice out after they cook their tractor hydraulics. I would have to have the flow control just above zero to not have a squealing hydraulics
