Hi guys. I am wondering if anyone has taken/tried to take a header off of a Macdon 5010/5020 pull type haybine and put it on one of the 9000 series self propelled tractor units? If so, how did it go, or is it even possible without massive modification? Thank you

I would look for a hay header for the tractor unit first. Thought about doing the same, but there is a lot of time and work involved and steel is not cheap right now. Not saying it can't be done, but the dollars and cents don't work out.
