Is there an easy way to distinguish between a standard and HD version of the TJ375? easiest just to measure the axles or is there some other quick identifying feature that a person can use?

There should be a HD sticker on the hood…
Besides the axles the HD versions came with front and rear diff lock and I think power shift only. Don’t think there was too much else different.

Did they not also come with a scraper hitch vs the ag hitch as standard equipment? One I found does not have the decal, but has the diff locks and scraper hitch.

No. They came with ag hitch standard. At least the tj500 HD we had did.
I would imagine if it has the scraper hitch it would be a HD. But who knows.

Well I pulled the pin on this unit. It is a HD version. Gonna be a big upgrade from my 220 HP 2WD. Hope to get it home in the next 2 weeks as the dealer is getting it in the shop as it needs to be split and have the top center pin done, (the bottom was done 2 years ago but not the top at that time - who does that?). Only thing I see wrong with it is that the heated seat doe not work, lol third world problems.
I hope it works good for me as it is a big purchase on my farm, now I need to start looking for a bigger drill and tank. Might wait a year for that.

You will be glad the heated seat doesn’t work as the switch always gets hit and you wonder why your ass is so hot. Until you remember to check.

At harvest time my trucker would stop and talk with the cart driver and flick the seat heat on if it was a hot day. Cart driver usually had no idea until he got uncomfortably warm.
It is nice if you use the tractor for plowing snow in the winter.

Congrats on the new tractor, think you will like it. Wish we could have got into a TJ last year when we upgraded our tractor but was a day too late on one in our price range.

Someone here did that when trading off with a new guy and he didnt figure out how to turn it off until the seat had melted a little bit
