Looks pretty neat. Two concerns are that you need their app so there is gonna be some data mining going on for sure, and the on-going subscription fee so you never fully own it.
I'm curious if you know the initial and ongoing cost? I probably drop a few thousand per year on soil testing, so that's not cheap either and it might be interesting to test patches in a field to diagnose stuff a guy might see during the year.

A 1 year plan is $7200 plus $5000 to buy the equipment.
3 year plan is $7200 a year and they write off the equipment cost. If you back out at year 2 they charge you for the equipment.
