What works best to get rid of cigar smoke or mouse smell in equipment. Any practise or actual product that claims to work.

Memories. Buddy and I went shopping for him to get his wife a birthday gift, stopped at the strip club. Got back into truck and holy cow did it smell like strippers. We bought a pack of cigars and smoked them before we got back in his truck.
Bottom line is cigars will mask stripper smell but I can't help you with getting rid of cigar smell.

So what do you do if the stripper smells like cigar? Splash on some mouse pi$$? And just how close did you get to the strippers? ? Social distancing applied to them long before Covid came along!!!! I haven't come across anything yet that can completely get rid of those smells, they are likely the toughest. We have used some kind of a spray before on the tops of cabs with a lemon smell, is a foam if I remember correctly, just spray it everywhere up there and into the air conditioning condenser. Don't think it can be used on fabric though. If I remember tomorrow, I will see if we still have any. Can't remember what it's called.

You need to get an ozone machine to put in the cab and run it for a couple hours. Car dealer does that around here and works pretty good he says.

A few years ago I hired a cleaning company to come out and clean in a tractor cab as it was a used unit and the prior owner smoked and it was pretty bad to put it mildly. I was able to get an ozone machine and used that in it some and yes it helped some but cleaning the surfaces with a substance that the detailers use ( and not spray 9 as its said to make plastic brittle and even discolor it ) and she had me pull the floor mat and she soaked both surfaces down on that as well with some type of enzyme, anything she could clean although I don't know how much was done on the actual foam liner part though. Cleaning the seat etc and so on but it was said that to really do the job to perfection the upholstery, all plastic and the foam would have to be replaced but that would be a very $$$ undertaking. After she cleaned the cab I then bought one of those chlorine bombs from her which seem to be harder to come by now but anyway the trick with them is to have the engine running and up to temperature and the cab fan and heat on full blast and then get the bomb process going and close the door and let the unit run for up to an hour with that circulating around in there and helping with the ducting etc as well as everything else. Yes it smells like a swimming pool for a while but its far better then the mouse or smoke stench. I've used those bombs in highway tractors and a pickup all with some success. That tractor is very tolerable now to be in, I can smell it slightly when its been sitting all winter but that goes away as soon as I am using it a bit and it sure would not have been like it is now if that cleaning had not been done.

All I can say is things were different 20 years ago. There's a solid decade in there with many hazy events.

This would be the type of product I am speaking of as per the chlorine bomb but they don't talk about using the heat and the fan cab and as I found out from trying one in a truck with no heat or fan on, it was almost a waste of time and money as it was not nearly as effective as having that hot air and it circulating around in the cab and ducting. Its advisable to put down some cardboard or an old rubber mat on the floor and then set that can on it with the water and when shes all toasty hot in the cab drop in the chlorine pill and shut the door ( obviously do that outside with a running engine )

Yes that one will work. I had power supplies laying around and ordered generator plates from somewhere and wired up my own. They aren’t fancy and probably no cheaper than the one you listed.
