Hi guys My center auger in stalling easily on our FD75, chain is tight, only done 36 acres since I tighten it,got new clutch assembly in auger, where is the ratcheting noise coming from,been running the header for 4 years and still don't know where it comes from ,is it from the clutch inside the auger or not,any help would be appreciated

There's not a slip clutch inside the drum that I'm aware of. There is a mechanism for reversing the tines, but not a slip clutch. That's inside the gearbox if I'm not mistaken. If the drum is stalling, it would be in there, not in the drum.

Was pretty good, not too bad at all, had too have a guy help me put the the outside plate with the chain back on,
