Who do people use in Manitoba for this kind of work?
We have 5 or 6 legs in the yard, 2 haven't seen any action for quite awhile as they were built for the soybean roasting plant my dad and uncles used to run but has been shut down for quite a few years now.
When we got all that stuff put up it was a company out of Winnipeg called Severs Mechanical Services, they manufactured and built the legs and they came out and did the install. They seem to have quit though, the last work we got them to do was back in something like 2004 and last I heard he had sold out.
Anyway, we are looking to do some upgrading in around yard where the dryer is and just wondering who does that kind of stuff now, I honestly have no clue. I know you can get GSI legs from outfits like Wentworth Ag in Winkler. Does Valley Agro in Morris do that kind of stuff? What about ARK out in Manitou? Penner Ag out of Steinbach? I know these places all sell dryers and bins and stuff but do they do maintenance and reorganizing of existing sites?
It's not really the same as rolling into Enns Brothers or GVE and buying a combine. Haha
