I bought a 7120 combine last fall. It had the finger style spreader divider that does a poor job. It was cost prohibitive to purchase updated 30 style from CIH. Machine shop built a bolt on kit to replace fingers and have the same profile as the factory 30 series divider. Hopefully this does the trick. If anyone is interested contact Kelly at 4hire Welding 306-460-899seven.

That looks great. I spent around $1000 and went with a 40 series "whale tail" on my 8120 last year. Took a risk and it fit. Had to do a very minor modification was all. Sure spreads better now. I can guess that cost 1/2 what I paid and looks just as good. Likely heavier metal.

Didnt some people just weld a piece of sheet metal over the fingers? Thought I saw that a while back
