I had tried to do some searching as per the topic of India within their own country and I had not actually realized that there is a lot of British influence in regards to some of their road signage and the fact they drive on the left hand side of the road, all due to British colonial rule from 1858 to 1947. But also I had come across something yesterday which I unfortunately didn't save but was a horrendous road accident record that India has and guess what one of the infractions is ... yup, blowing through stop signs. Now I could be entirely wrong but I suspect a prior habit and mentality is burned into the heads of some of those that are now in this country who are behind the wheel and they are pulling the same stunts they were used to pulling there. It would certainly explain these incidents that are head scratchers to us as per the speed at which the stop sign was passed. Put another way, some of these drivers couldn't give a shit ... ( they are just taking one through the floor ).
I took a sentence from a search to see what would be said in Canadian law ( although its probably AI that created this due to my crude wording of my question ! )
"Given the circumstances, if someone intentionally blows through a stop sign and causes a death, it would likely be considered a form of culpable homicide, potentially falling under the category of manslaughter".

Your spot on northern farmer , the driving style in India and the Middle East can be described as chaos !
It’s apparent their bad habits show up if they legitimately got a class 1 licence .
I asked our local radio station to do a show on this topic ! Ha I knew they would cower just like the trash of a human being who blew thru the stop sign .
I wish the trucking industry would crack down on this .
Accidents happen but in this case we are seeing a perennial problem in foreign truckers who don’t abide by the law to gain a buck !

I read this on Twitter so don’t know how true it is but the laws in India are somewhat different than here. Seems a man raped a woman and his punishment was that the brother of the woman he raped got to rape the initial rapist’s sister. That’ll learn him.
