Last year was my first year with a RG1100 and so far I am very pleased with it. I find the agitation or system works excellent. To me it seems like the 1.5inch additional agitation line that runs from the main control valve to the front of the tank is unnecessary. I’m tempted to remove it to eliminate the need to rinse it. Has anyone else done this? Also I have the chem handler option too. I think I am going to remove it to for the same reason. So if anyone is interested in one let me know.

I'm not sure but isn't that more of a relief line not an agitation line?

I think the 1.5" line is for filling the sprayer using the sprayer pump to suck from a tank, or agitating dry product.
