No it's not up to me. I really want this to be a community effort. I think asking the members may be a good idea. But then again I just like to bitch and moan lol.

Censoring some words is a good idea. Some of us (me included) definitely pop them off too much. Generally speaking I did not try to censor myself on the old site but will make an effort here for sure.
If I feel the need to blow off steam I can go to the old site and publicly harass the admin until I'm booted.
I don't know the time or the effort that you guys put into this but it's off to a good start and I for one really appreciate it.
