Just come across this on Twitter, sign of the times all in all, but still gotta be a kick in the balls for the Veg, that Ezee On plant been going there a long time. In years past was more than once a quick trip to Veg for parts like cylinder kits for a loader was a lot better than waiting for the dealer to get them. Used to be able to even buy direct from the factory as well loaders and more. Guess its just gonna be another page in history soon... www.grainews.ca/daily/versatile-to-move-tillage-equipment-work-to-winnipeg/

Well Vegreville has been fighting a slow death for some time now. I am not sure what the root cause is, but many of us won't deal with businesses in Vegreville due to prices or they don't have what we need now. With ezee-on/ Buhler I am surprised they have lasted as long as they have. Personally I have never had a problem with them although it was only a loader on a 2290 that I had with them. I know a guy that I worked with 20 years ago or so worked there for a month as a welder. He was not ticketed which is odd that he would be welding, but anyways he said they only turned the exhaust fans on when there was an inspection coming. Not sure if it is the same management as now. Another nail in the coffin for that town. Canada case processing center pulled the pin, Dennills/Agriterra lost Kubota, Wilco logistics moved out, RJV moved to the outskirts taking over a modular building outfit that failed and I am sure there are more that I can't recall. But hey, I think there are at least 6 pot shops that I have seen.
